All sales made through the Gaurissa are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any purchased items. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products, which are often unique and energy-sensitive. Once a crystal or metaphysical item has been purchased, it is considered energetically attuned to its new owner.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to damaged or defective items. We provide full assurance that we pack the products carefully, however, if you receive a damaged or defective product, then we are not responsible for any refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy

Lost or Stolen Packages
Gaurissa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, it becomes your responsibility to monitor the shipment’s progress. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
